hi17 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is required for all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds returned.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one hi17 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.

Local Payment Methods

hi17 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit is ৳100.

Fair Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed promptly after identity verification is complete. hi17 does not impose unreasonable delays on legitimate withdrawal requests from verified player accounts.

No Fraud or Abuse

Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting software is strictly prohibited. hi17 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where abuse is detected.

Responsible Gaming

hi17 is committed to responsible gaming. Deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all players at any time via account settings.

General Terms

Please read carefully. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hi17 ("hi17", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hi17 platform available at hi17.app and all sub-pages, features, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the hi17 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the hi17 platform.

hi17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, hi17 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of hi17 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to binding arbitration. hi17 operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market and is committed to fair, transparent, and responsible business practices.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the hi17 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hi17 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

18+ Strictly Enforced. hi17 is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on hi17. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

To be eligible to use the hi17 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
  • You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
  • You are not acting on behalf of another person, corporation, or third party.
  • You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of hi17.
  • You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on hi17 or any affiliated platform.
  • You have not previously had a hi17 account closed for Terms violation.

Age Verification

hi17 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age and identity of all players. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate as part of this process. Accounts that fail to complete age verification within the required timeframe may be suspended until verification is complete.

If hi17 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bets voided, and any deposited funds returned via the original payment method.

Geographic Eligibility

hi17 is designed and marketed for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legally permitted in their jurisdiction. hi17 does not warrant that the platform is lawful in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of features on hi17, including betting markets, casino games, and payment services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and available to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information current and to notify hi17 promptly of any changes. hi17 relies on the accuracy of the information you provide — any false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active hi17 account. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hi17 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or unsettled bets, and withhold any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi17 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. hi17 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hi17 support immediately via live chat. hi17's support team is available 24/7 and will take immediate steps to secure your account.

Account Currency

All hi17 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and winnings are displayed and settled in BDT. hi17 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals

hi17 supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. hi17 does not charge transaction fees on its side for standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hi17 wallet within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. hi17 does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting a deposit from a third party into your account, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. hi17 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to the completion of any required KYC verification.

Before your first withdrawal, hi17 requires completion of identity verification. You will be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of ownership of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). This is a one-time process and is designed to protect both you and the integrity of the platform.

Transaction Limits and Monitoring

hi17 reserves the right to apply additional transaction monitoring, request supplementary documentation, or temporarily hold funds where a transaction is flagged for unusual activity. This is a standard fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Important: hi17 will never ask you to send funds to a personal mobile wallet number or personal bank account. All deposits must be made through the official hi17 deposit interface. If you are ever asked to send money outside the platform interface, please contact support immediately.

Bonuses & Promotions

hi17 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ৳10,000 before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Only real-money bets count towards wagering requirements; bets placed with bonus funds may or may not count depending on the specific promotion.

One Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to each verified player only once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a second account, or by using a different payment method on the same device, is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.

hi17 Promotional Rights

hi17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus already credited to a player's account and in the process of being wagered will be honoured in accordance with the terms that were in effect at the time of the bonus credit.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

hi17 runs seasonal promotions tied to the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events relevant to the Bangladesh market. These promotions are time-limited and subject to availability. Full terms for each promotion are published on the hi17 platform at the time the promotion is active.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on hi17, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action:

  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
  • Opening or operating more than one hi17 account.
  • Allowing another person to access or operate your hi17 account.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the hi17 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds — any bets placed on clearly erroneous odds are void.
  • Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using hi17 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
  • Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted promotions, or reverse-engineering bonus wagering patterns.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing hi17 staff or other players via any communication channel.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with hi17's software, security systems, or payment processing infrastructure.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you become aware of suspicious activity on the hi17 platform — including potential cheating, collusion, or the use of automated tools by other players — you are encouraged to report it to hi17 support via live chat. All reports are treated confidentially.

Account Suspension & Closure

hi17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred. The following are examples of grounds for account action:

  • Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Confirmed age ineligibility (player is under 18).
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player without prior engagement with hi17 support.
  • Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
  • Self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your hi17 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any outstanding bets will be settled at their natural conclusion, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hi17 will notify you via your registered email address before applying a dormant account fee. Dormant account fees, where applied, will not reduce a balance below zero.

Appeals

If your account has been suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting hi17 support via live chat. Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days. hi17's decision on appeals is final.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi17 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the hi17 platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity (wins and losses are the inherent nature of gaming).
  • Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.
  • Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank).
  • Loss of data, account information, or saved preferences due to unforeseen technical events.
  • Decisions made in reliance on information presented on the hi17 platform that is later found to contain errors.

Platform Availability

hi17 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. hi17 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime during live betting events.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the hi17 platform are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. hi17 does not control the software of these providers and is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating within a third-party game. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets are void and stakes are returned.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hi17, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the hi17 platform.
